CHICAGO, IL  – Hotel Chicago Downtown, part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, has completed a multi-million dollar update that unveils a fresh and modern look for the iconic property. The renovations include a total first floor transformation of the lobby, bar, club lounge and meeting rooms, as well as the hotel’s fitness center and all guest accommodations.

The renovation transforms the guest accommodation experience, offering a luxurious urban refuge in the heart of downtown Chicago. Guestrooms receive 55″ high-definition televisions, new curtains, sleeper sofas in all suites and new wireless access points. Guests enjoy fast and easy Internet access no matter where they stay throughout the hotel.

Guestroom renovations include a replacement of all bathroom vanities with luxurious black granite, newly modern standing lamps and headboard lights, plush accent pillows for all beds, a refurbishment of iconic snakeskin chairs, new pillows, vinyl accent walls and an LED lighting upgrade to make each room even more eco-friendly.

The multi-million dollar renovation also showcases a complete top-to-bottom transformation of the hotel’s first floor. The lobby, bar, club lounge and meeting rooms are set to offer up a new and modern space that welcomes all who arrive through the doors.
