Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel Begins Renovation

ST. LOUIS, MO —  Business and event guests of the Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel will soon experience a distinctive St. Louis experience thanks to a multi-million-dollar renovation designed to transform the landmark property’s 37,000 square feet of premium event and public space.

Due for completion in December, the renovation also includes updates to guest room bathrooms, the club lounge, gift shop and fitness center of the lodging near St Louis Airport.

The Renaissance St. Louis has 12 floors and 388 rooms including 5 suites.

The renovations will incorporate the spirit of St. Louis as “The Gateway to the West” and its aerospace industries, breweries and deep blues roots through dynamic visuals, the reimagined meeting rooms and event spaces are intended to encourage social engagement and collaboration in authentic, locally-flavored spaces.

First floor ballrooms and meeting spaces will be infused with the creative energy of classic St. Louis jazz and blues while remaining a versatile canvas for those who occupy them to transform the space for their own purposes and create their own memorable experiences. Breakout spaces will offer casual, flexible seating and varying levels of privacy, encouraging social interaction and maximizing collaborations, while fusing local flavors to create an energized atmosphere. Meanwhile, décor for the ballrooms and meeting rooms on the upper floors will be inspired by views of nearby jets soaring into the endless sky.
