InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has announced the opening of the new-build Staybridge Suites Midland hotel in Midland, Texas. This hotel has 98 suites and is the first Staybridge Suites hotel in the city. It joins IHG’s other hotels located nearby, the Candlewood Suites Midland SW and the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Midland Loop 250. Located in the middle of Permian basin, one of the largest oil producing markets in the U.S., this hotel is expected to become a top choice for business travelers in the oil industry.

The new property offers well-designed spacious guestrooms which include a mix of studio and one-and two-bedroom/two-bathroom suites, along with 650 square feet of meeting space. Amenities such as a complimentary daily hot breakfast buffet and evening reception, daily housekeeping, guest laundry room, fitness center, outdoor pool, 24-hour business center, home theater and outdoor living room with barbecue and fire pit are available for all guests.
